  Parfait pour le retrait avec MasterCard, car difficile de trouver à La Havane ( facile pour toutes les VISAS) , 3% de taxe mais c'est acceptable. Très pratique

  They do not take most of te cards you will carry on you. Make sure you bring cash to te island.
