::As a tourist you'll pay 5 times the price as the locals and won't be given a menu. The waiter will take a paper out of his pocket and offer you expensive menus. The food was horrible besides 1 of 2 meats we had. The rice, the beans, the salad were disgusting. Atleast the waiter talked english fluently.
