  Love the staff!! Always outgoing & helpful. The hotel is getting old & needs some upgrading. The pool / entertainment staff we're some of the best folks we met on our 10th trip to Cuba.

  It seems like everything is broken here, during the day our room block didn’t have any running water and the AC is not adjustable in certain rooms. The beach is the only place you really want to be, everywhere else is meh. Washrooms in the resort are disgusting and have stall doors that don’t hide you at all (See attached photos). The one in your room isn’t much better either, lots of pealing paint, water damage, broken faucets and a lot of mold/mildew. You can get drinks/food 24/7 at the snack bar but the food there is not good. Only go there if you are starving... or if you like floury pizza. One thing you will notice is the food is quite bitter if you’re used to American food, but if you’re used to European food you’ll be just fine. One good thing is, when the water was running in our hotel room it was completely clear and potable. If you do go here, spend as little time in your room as possible and don’t have high expectations... actually don’t have any expectations.

  Nice place but full of disrespectful drunk Russians, at least I know most Russians aren't like that in real life, but at this resort, wow, they can't respect lines and feel they own the place and are even rude to the staff. The resort is awesome but could use renovations for sure.

  I love this resort. Some of the friendliest staff of any hotel we have been to. Great beach. Awesome pools. 444 rooms provides for a more intimate family experience.

  Great place.. very welcomed by all staff. Maids left us towel art every day.. how sweet..
