::I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY. The most awful experience when it comes to rent a car in Cuba. Never again. I rented a car from Canada, online, through Cubacar website, an economic medium category to be more specific. The car was in a very bad shape. Flat tires, full of scratches, no liquid in the windshield wiper container, interior totally dirty, a missing headlight and the bumper hanging in one of the sides. I asked for a replacement they said that it was the only available. The following day the bumper fell and they sent me a “mechanic” who cut a piece of wire from a nearby fence to secure the bumper, a very unreliable quick fix. I asked for a replacement once again and they said that in order to do so the car had to be taken to the mechanic shop and only after a full inspection they would try to find a replacement, seriously? A car in that condition requires an “expert” opinion? Really? This is my advice, a client advice for CUBACAR: Dear Srs, you should shoot you business down, do not full your clients anymore. CUBACAR NEVER AGAIN!

::When we Visite Havana, this office was one of the reasens I cant recomment Cuba. Unfreandly, overweening and big-headed. Mr. Marcos Martines was a example of unfreandly Cuban-Custumer-Service. Because of this guys we lost a day of our Holiday, Thanks!

::Really bad experience. When we arrived at 9:00 am, there was no car for us for a few hours. Many other tourists with the same problem. Finally occured that there is no car for us this day. If only you can, avoid this company.
