  why is it like mission impossible to get a visa for my wife,.but when it comes to apply for a visitors visa it can be done in one week,. so if you need that you need more money for it please ask i will send it to you,.ok please mission impossible , thank you ,.

  Very poorly customer service no one interviews anyone on visitors visa applications you just have to drop off the visa application documents in an envelope and wait about 5 business days to get your response and if you're lucky enough to get your visa you'll be fine but like the majority of the cases in what the visa is been denied you can't talk to anyone about it as they don't do interviews anymore in my particular case this year alone me and my family has tried twice to get my father his visitors visa to come visit me (his son) my wife and most important his grandsons as he's been in Canada already twice once in 2009 and the last time back in 2011 his visitor visa was denied in earlier April under the reasons that #1 he didn't have a travel history #2 the person that invited him didn't have assets and income to support his visit to Canada and #3 my favorite one that he didn't have a strong reason for the purpose of his visit. That was in April we couldn't make sense of the immigration official who looked his application so we decided to send via emails to the Canadian embassy in cuba his application with all the necessary information to review his case no one up to date has reply back to us so my family and I decided to send a formal written letters complaining about the poorly decision made on his case along with his new application for the month of May for the new visitors visa. Unbelievable in May whoever received his new visitors application denied his visitor visa under the same 3 reasons. No Travel History. The person who invited him didn't have any assets or income and number 3 no having a strong reason to come to visit Canada. #1 MY FATHER VISITED CANADA TWICE YEAR 2009 AND LATE 2011. REASON NUMBER ONE out of order. #2 MY WIFE AND I AND MY CHILDREN OWN A HOUSE, MY WIFE HAS BEEN WORKING FULL TIME FOR OVER 15 YEARS AND COUNTING AND I BEEN SELF EMPLOYED NOW FOR OVER 7 YEARS AND COUNTING AND BOTH OF US PROVIDE PROOF OF INCOME FOR MY FATHERS VISITOR VISA. REASON NUMBER TWO out of order. #3 I'M MY FATHER'S SON AND I THINK SHOULD BE ENOUGH REASON FOR A VISA, DISAGREE ON THAT ONE FINE HOW ABOUT THE FACTS THAT HE HAS 3 GRANDSONS HERE IN CANADA AND THAT'S MORE THAN ENOUGH REASON TO VISIT ME AND MY FAMILY. REASON NUMBER 3 out of order. So my rating for the poorly customer service and work been done in the Canadian embassy in Cuba will be 0. I would like to add that just recently my family and I traveled to Cuba to visit my father and went to the Canadian embassy looking for answers to these poorly decision on my father's behalf with an unsuccessful experience after an expensive family trip to be able to spend quality time with my father and my family together . On Thursday June the 30th we tried to get a review on both applications as the reasons for his visitor visa denied were out of order and without common sense my wife and my 3 kids all Canadian citizens were denied to be received in person by the Canadian consul or ambassador finding out while there that as a Cuban myself I was able to go after 1:30 on a window for interviews or to make a question or to complaint or seek explanation to any kind of applications I was extremely excited that this time we had a chance to show them the wrong doings in both applications well as I stayed before extremely disappointed as the Cuban functionary that served me didn't want to take the application for a review nor she wants to interviewed me or my dad she didn't even want to take a 2 minutes look to the support evidence that will have given my dad a better chance to review the decision made in April and May and I also solicited to the Cuban adviser that refused to take a look at my dad's application to please give us both my dad and I the chance to be interviewed by a real Canadian adviser that by the way were sitting besides his desk on the next two door in two rooms that the embassy has provided for interviews in case the Cuban adviser believe the person has a case unfortunately she didn't see the need for us both to be interviewed. Horrible Discriminate us.
