  Best hotel that I have stayed at in Havana, and I have been there many times. Great staff and I think they all speak English. Nice clean rooms and a great pool. The pool has refreshment and food service too. Free supervised underground parking in case you need it. Free WiFi in room for members. Non members pay.

  Internet is expensive. You can buy internet cards outside hotel cheaper. But cannot use at hotel. Need to buy directly from hotel and charge double.😯

  Great views from the rooms, nice pool area & excellent service, specially the ladies in the Don Quijote restaurant. I give them 4 starts because there's a lot to improve in regards to the breakfast.

  1st: They take American credit cards! 2nd: The staff is warm, friendly and accommodating. 3rd: They take American credit cards!!! (Can't say strongly I appreciate this.) Otherwise, there is a great full bar; the cigar bar is spacious and incredibly patient and knowledgeable; there is a gift shop with necessities AND souvenirs; there is a currency exchange which means no lines as are at the airport (and which are enormous!); car rental; tour organizer; the grounds, pool and view are lovely (we had a large balcony, too); and there are two restaurants... the breakfast is free and delicious, dinner is cloth table cloth pleasant and delicious. The rooms are spacious and the bathroom modern. The cleaning staff was detailed and creative. There are meeting rooms, though we didn't use them. Taxis are easily available outside the front door with the doorman's help...and they we're ALL very helpful. Overall, a terrific stay and highly recommended!!
