::Долгое заселение, ждали ещё час после официального чек-ин. На стойке с клиентами реально работает только один человек, остальные просто ничего не делают. На выезде пришлось ждать администратора на стойке, потом ждать, когда проверят номер. Звукоизоляция номеров отсутствует. Отлично слышно проходящих мимо номера людей, не говоря уже о живой музыке из бара, которая играет до одиннадцати вечера. Отлично расположен, в самом центре, из-за этого и брали. Колониальный стиль и историческая достопримечательность. Хороший набор шампунек-расчёсок-зубных щёток. Две полуторалитровые бутылки воды по приезду. На каждого гостя был выдан часовой талон на wi-fi и талон на бесплатный коктейль в баре. Русскоговорящий администратор на ресепшен. Весьма разнообразный и достаточно вкусный завтрак. По кубинским меркам отель весьма неплох, поставил невысокую оценку, поскольку до мировых стандартов отель заметно не дотягивает.

Classical architecture and great breakfast room and outdoor seating but the rooftop band playing from 9 to12 makes sleeping at that time impossible. ::Absolutely best location you can get in Havana. Right on main square. Easy walk to old Havana or the Melecon. Hotel is very historic. Staff were helpful. Ludvig was brilliant and explained about Havana and which directions to go. Loads of old 50s cars outside. You can watch all of them from the hotel. Ludvig will sort you out with one of the best cars for an Havana tour.

::L'hotel è il piu importante e storico di tutta l'Havana. Posizione centralissima, a due passi dal Capitolio. Stile coloniale e quindi l'estetica ovviamente non moderna ma estremamente affascinante, il tempo lì sembra fermarsi. Camere un po anguste e pulizia non ai massimi livelli, ma Cuba è "particolare" anche per questo. Terrazza stupenda che affaccia sulla piazza sottostante. Colazione a buffet abbondante accompagnata sempre da un sottofondo live di un pianista. Unica pecca ( ma per noi occidentali ) zero wi-fi gratis. Si accede alla rete attraverso l'acquisto di tessere che ti permette di navigare 1 ora al costo per i clienti dell'albergo di 2 Cuc.

::We stayed there for a week in a summer a few years ago. It's a old hotel renovated at a certain level. We like the way it is, though. Our room was facing the street which is great to see the city. The location is good, close to the Old Havana and Chinatown. You can use the roof top swimming pool at the nearby newer hotel. If you like the old taste, it's good place to go.
