  Great price and the friendliest staff! The beach is breathtaking. Building might seem old but the room is clean which is more important to me. Walking distance from everything worth seeing in Varadero. Only con is that this resort doesn’t have WiFi. But if you’re on vacation, best to just disconnect and enjoy. Yanet is the best bartender!

  My husband (fiance at the time) and I stayed at motel 39 twice before. Third time we book, the chief of security of motel 39/motel 36/Delfines, decides at check-in that my husband is no longer allowed to stay at this chain of hotel. Of course I ask why and he ignores me since he of course, does not speak English. So my husband talks to him in Spanish (he is cuban) and the chief of security tells him that he has a long list of criminal offenses. So we go and get paper proof that his record is clean, we show this and then he says that it's because my husband is Cuban and I am Canadian. Marriage papers are supposed to fix this. Finally, he says that either way, they have the right to refuse whoever they want. Lack of respect, lack of integrity, my husband literally did nothing wrong, we are quiet. When I emailed the actual chain to see how to fix this, I never heard back. They are vindictive and terrible. Never ever ever ever go there. To any of the three.

  Love Los Delfines they are my family. Small hotel very cozy and clean

  Great place to have fun with the entertainment staff. Have gone here 4 times. Love it.

  This place has been the greatest place I've been too in Cuba! The staff is amazing and food is great. They always have BBQ's going for the guests as well as entertainment and games during the day with an amazing nightly show! The entertainment staff is the best I've ever seen. They are kind friendly and very sweet. I am returning there again this year.
