  To The Iberostar Parque Central Management and Staff, I would like to thank all the staff and management for a recent awesome stay at you hotel. From the moment I walked in i felt like a 5 star special guest. The 3 day stay was one of the best experiences I had in Cuba. From the room to the pool to lounges to the restaurants to the cigar shop my time spent at the hotel was memorable and will be sure to stay with you again and will highly recommend to all my friends that this is the place to stay in Old Havana.   Centrally located hotel in the heart of Havana. The staff are very friendly and helpful. I would thoroughly recommend a room in the 'colonial style' section of the hotel due to the view of the central square. The breakfast is varied but I would suggest eating at the servant high quality, low price restaurants in Havana for lunch and dinner.

  We visited the hotel's rooftop for the amazing view of the city as well as to have a drink and food. I didn't like the sangria as I could feel the crunch of the sugar in between my teeth. The tuna salad sandwich was good but it came with a drizzle of chocolate sauce on the plate, which I thought was an odd flavor combo. The rooftop also has a pool and hot tub which I asked and was told is only for the hotel's guests. The lobby was lively and beautiful with greenery, a glass roof and live music.

  Great location and the view from the swimming pool was amazing. Breakfast was pretty good with a great variety. Our room was spacious and clear. The staff was polite and helpful. It gets a bit noisy at night form the street but I could cope with it. I would strongly recommend it.

  Visited the restaurant. The person that greets at the door was reluctant to use my credit card. The waitresses and waiters were awesome- very friendly and courteous. Quick service. The violin trio played a beautiful mix of 90's Disney soundtracks and local Cuban music. The food and desert were delicious.
