  this place had good food and atmosphere, but might be crowded with tourists like myself, who came with a tour to eat where hemingway was inspired to write the best book of his career. on the wall, there are photos of the actual 'old man' and the shark carcass that hemingway wrote about. the view of the little harbor was very nice, too. did that affect the way i tasted the food? maybe, but i enjoyed my time there. we also saw a cadillac fleetwood that had been converted to a convertible and painted a perfectly appropriate shade of blue for cuba. be sure to check out the photos on the wall.
