  Rooms were okay, food was okay ( which is expected) , hotel /resort is satisfactory . The beach was gorgeous . Service was okay. Expect to tip a lot. Overall I would give it a satisfactory. Nothing special but not bad either . Just an okay resort compared to other resorts in other countries. Melia compared to other resorts in Cuba is one of the better resorts.

  Really nice resort. The animation is really good for all the family. I recommend it.

  The hotel looks nice and is located directly at the sea with a private beach. The entertainer at the beach is a real cool guy who can really get you in a good mood. The service is nice and helpful and the facilities are good. Also it is clean. The food is prety standard however I always enjoyed the choice of desert which was really good

  I’ve been to this hotel twice and I loved it each time. The second time I went back to get married and there were no complaints from the 35 accompanying guests. The wedding area was beautiful and the wedding coordinator went above and beyond our expectations. It was a very pleasant experience. The beach is beautiful the level was amazing and the people were fantastic. I’ve been to Cuba 5 times in total and this place is by far the best and I never got sick at this hotel which is a bonus for Cuba. We can’t wait to go back and visit again.

  Excellent resort. Beautiful. Well managed. Wonderful staff. Great entertainment. Extraordinary views. Cuban people are among the most friendly in the world. Shame on us in the US for allowing Trump to spoil our friendship with Cuban people.
