  Literally awful. Save yourself the misery and go anywhere else. The car was in terrible shape with flat tires and rims that were held in place by zip ties. The interior was filthy with what looked like mold and the center console was in two pieces. It broke down 2 hours after getting it, and took 4 hours to be towed back to the airport lot. The employees stated that they had no other cars to rent despite the full lot of cars clearly in view of everyone. They were condescending and rude, acting like we have never seen a push to start car despite me owning one for 10 years. They don't care about anything and will nickel and dime you for every single thing. We returned with a full tank of gas and we were still charged more for 4 liters upon return. If zero or negative stars were an option I would put it, but unfortunately one is as low as it goes. Avoid at all costs.

  La peor experiencia de toda mi vida, en primer lugar el sevicio es pecimo, dicen que estan abiertos 24 horas y no es cierto, rentamos un Peugeot 301 en el aereopuerto de Santa Clara y nos entregaron el carro sucio por dentro y por fuera ademas de ser un carro todo cachareado, y cuando le pregunte al senor me dijo, - "es que alla afuera por internet te ensenan una cosa totalmente distinta a la realidad", esto significa que hacen falsa publicidad de las cosas. Al tercer dia de tener el carro decidimos ir a Ciego de Avila y el carro se rompio en Moron, AC se rompio y el motor calentaba, llame y nos mandaron al hotel Moron, ahi nos dijeron que no tenian carros ni mecanicos, entonces el senor llamo a un mecanico que estaba en Ciego de Avila y en la conversacion escuchamos que ese mismo carro ya habia pasado por ahi hace pocos dias, nos mando entonces asi mismo con el carro calentandose al hotel Ciego de Avila donde nos esperaba un hombre vestido de civil que dice que era mecanico, y el mismo nos dijo que ese carro habia estado ahi con problemas y que el mismo lo habia llevado para Santa Clara el dia 1ro de junio ( y el dia 2 nos rentaron el carro a nosotros), nos llevaron para la oficina, nos repitieron que no habia carro, el peor servicio al cliente que jamas habia visto, te hablan hasta en mala forma, y que ellos tenia 3 horas para arreglarme el carro o cancelarnos el contrato, en conclusion nos tuvieron 5 horas esperando afuera en el calor como unos perros hasta que el mecanico nos monto en el carro nuevamente y nos llevo hasta un teller mecanico donde esperanos afuera a que nos arreglaran el carro y todavia queria el mecanico que le dieramos dinero al mecanico por arreglar la pieza, despues de nosotros haber pagado un seguro. Otra cosa no hay carros disponibles para los clientes pero todos los que trabajan en los rent a cars en Cuba andan en el ultimo modelo de carro. Y todavia tienen el descaro de decirte en los carteles que ellos son la mejor VIA para descubrir Cuba, es una falta de respeto de etica y de todo.

  Mi vergogno di essere cubano!! Sono tutti ladri! Iniziando dal governo e finendo al cane più barbone che cammina sulle strade

  Problemlos lief es natürlich nicht ab. Das richtige, vorbestellte Auto war nicht da. Haben dann mit 6 Personen einen Fünfsitzer bekommen. Aber "egal in Havanna", interessiert die Polizei nicht. Am nächsten Tag haben wir dann den richtigen Minibus bekommen - der würde ohne Mehrkosten direkt zur Unterkunft gebracht. Und war auch in einem sehr guten Zustand. Rückgabe war auch chaotisch, weil zur vereinbarten Zeit keiner da war. Nach paar Telefonaten hat das aber geklappt. Check bei der Fahrzeugrücknahme sehr fair und Kaution ohne Probleme zurück bekommen. Die Herren von der Vermietung kommen immer zu zweit und jedes Detail wird im Formular festgehalten. Sprachen sehr gut Englisch. Traut euch Mietwagen zu fahren! Macht viel mehr Spaß die Insel so zu erkunden!

  A bunch of arrogant lazy people work there!! Refusing to take a rental car back and sending us on our last day from one via rent a car to the next one!!! Worthless company! Do not rent here!
