::3 đ Villa. Nice place to stay, friendly personal.

::Given 1 start because otherwise I cannot send my comment. If you donât believe this is the worse place to stay in Varadero then you need to go and find out yourself. You wonât be disappointed! Worse staff, awful, really awful customer service, dirty food, dirty dishes and tablecloths every day. Rooms with leaking water, no hot water, dirty sheets, dirty floors. Nobody ever clean the rooms even after my husband and I asked very nicely. We end up eating outside everyday. We bought cleaning supplies and had to clean the room to be able to last the few couple of days we booked for âthe best roomâ right in front of the beach. The beach was beautiful but dirty. No even one good thing good about this place.

::There are certainly place for some improvements when it comes to hygiene in bedrooms and toilets, but this issue is easy to resolve. You just need to ask for a better room. Beach is breathtaking, sea is crystal clear, food is very good. A lot of tropical fruits for breakfast. Pool is very nice, beach and pool bar are always open. Staff is just great!

::Great pool. Staff tries to be helpful. A bit shabby chic, but it is Cuba. Location is good for fans of artist Jose Fuster or sailing enthusiasts (but a little far from old town). Food was good (for Cuba)
