  Unexpected - beyond all expectations We stopped on our way back from Disco Ayala for a refreshing beer and one Pina Colada early Monday evening. Four quick hours later, we discovered the truly best Mojito in Town - the first that had the full expected Mojito taste. Rafael's secret - a garden full of fresh mint. The Pina Coladas were excellent, the Mojitos outstanding, but his signature drink is the daiquiri - the best we had during our entire Cuba trip!!! Rafael was a fabulous host, very friendly, attentive and easy to chat with. There was a nice breeze going through the hillside bar which was a nice touch to our escape from the muggy air in town.
