  We were here at the end of 2017 and beginning of 2018. This place is okey, but I would recommend check the other options in the village as well (there are a few casas also). The room was nice and clean. However, the place was quite noisy, because they played terrible music all day long at the restaurant, which is next to the rooms. Hence, it was far from relaxed place, which was what we expected/hoped for and therefore we were quite dissapointed.

  Una familia muy amable, La Casa está al lado del río y desde la terraza puedes ver la vida del pueblo que es muy pequeño. La comida es ecológica, todo lo cultivan ellos. Mientras comes los pollitos vienen a verte. Para mí fue una experiencia muy agradable.

  Wir haben im Juni hier für 4 Tage gewohnt und insgesamt war es ein schöner Aufenthalt. Allerdings fanden wir den Preis mit 30 CUC die Nacht viel zu hoch im Vergleich zu anderen Casas in Cuba (i.d.R. 20 CUC) und so besonders war das Zimmer im Vergleich nicht, zumal oben noch Bauarbeiten im Gange waren (Aufstockung der bisher freistehenden Einzelbungalows). Insgesamt fanden wir es relativ laut (Baulärm, Familie etc.) und zumindest das vegetarische Abendessen für 5 CUC p.P. nicht besonders toll für den Preis (besser im Hotel Villa Santo Domingo!). Santo Domingo und die Umgebung ist fantastisch, aber wir würden das nächste Mal in eine Bungalow im Hotel gehen (besseres Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis).

  Casa molto bella situata in un posto meraviglioso. Gestori gentili e disponibili. Difficile dormire a causa di cani e galli che abbaiano e cantano tutta la notte. Camera pulita e carina con bagno interno ma senza acqua calda. Cena tipica a base di riso e carne. Ma economico!

  Friendly English speaking host. reasonable price for the location. Free cocktails on arrival.
