  Teníamos un reserva de 5 días con tres meses de antelación y la llame una semana anterior del viaje y me confirma que todo estaba ok al llegar al lugar nos dice que no, que solo 4 días tenía que le llegarían otras personas ( parece más importantes que nosotros ) al querer hablar con yakelin nunca fue capas de aparecer y dar explicación. Y nos dimos cuenta que Esta persona es una irresponsable con los clientes.

  Hostal Yackelin is a nice place, good price and nice courteous staff. It is located near Parque Leoncio Vidal in the center of Santa Clara. The place is clean and nice and the staff is very friendly and helpful. The rooms are comfortable , with air conditioner and hot water . The rooms are well decorated and painted with very tall ceilings nicely decorated. In my opinion the hostal is safe because I left my passport , money and belongings and nothing bad happened. I recommend this place because it is affordable and with excellent service compared with the goverment hotels.
