  I was not satisfied. Many bugs, not well cleaned (we found sticky imprints of old shampoo bottles and old toenails in the bath), the public bathrooms are unspeakable dirty. It is quite far from the old town, but close to Tropicana. The Buffett is a dream though and the pool is very nice, so three stars :)

  If you are not demanding person the rooms will be ok, food is good here , very nice service

  Maybe the best hotel in Havana. Nice rooms and good breakfast, lunch and dinner. The bar has always good live entertainment.

  The experience was not good at all, air conditioning system is terrible. Reception needs to be more professional. Didn't like it

  Do not expect even water in your mini bar, because you need to request it to be filled. However, when you check in at night...it could not be filled as it is outside of the working hours. You need to go to the bar. There is no list with the numbers in the room, neither the reception's number, so you are already in the lobby anyways. Do not expect much of the rooms neither the food. The location however is good
