::Lovely!

::We visited the restaurant only but the Hostel is beautiful of you like that old colonial theme. The food is okay, not the best I have tasted in Cuba. They are able to make anything (god willing they have the ingredients). We went on a Friday and they had a trio playing and singing Cuban revolutionary songs and other oldies from the Buenavista Social Club repertoire. The service is excellent. The owner is usually there supervising which is odd to see in Cuba, but she is very cordial with all the guests and patrons.

::Restaurant only (Albada): the chicken just really didn't taste so well, nor did the pork. Traditional food only, of frankly mediocre quality. Had much better in Cuba.

::What an incredible place! The restaurant on the roof is wonderful too. Great food and service!

::We would've liked to have stayed here, the place was so majestic from a time long gone, they had plenty of rooms, it looked very comfortable, they had an indoor garden, it looked lovely. Instead we came for dinner, nice service, very fancy, with a singer too playing the guitar, the food was great, good cocktails, nice toilet, very relaxing, and the hosts there too were lovely. Would definitely stay there at least one night if we ever go back to santa clara!
