::Probably the nicest hotel in Santiago de Cuba. Very good rooms, excellent staff, fine and hugely varied breakfast buffet. Food and drink are about double local prices here, but highly professional staff make communication easy and fun in many languages, and quality is good. My only reservation is that this seems like exactly the place for aggressive cons would be hanging out nearby and it is sometimes hard unless you get straight into a taxi to get out of the hotel zone without getting hassled, sometimes a bit too much. The hotel staff are great though and keep it all professional within the hotel grounds themselves.
