::Terrible run down resort. Unless you pay for upgrades, this place is brutal. The food was repetitive for every meal and bland. We've been to other resorts in other places in Cuba and never had any complaints. But I knew the minute we checked in this would be different. Everybody who works here is sour. I'm not used to going to an all inclusive resort and not seeing happy people. When the staff interacted with one another they hugged and joked and smiled. When dealing with a guest, that smile and customer service was just very noticeably absent. Disappointing trip from that perspective but a week in the beautiful sun with my beautiful man made it all ok!

::Great resort! Food was good! The Jeep tour is a must! Clean rooms and friendly staff! The pools are clean but close early. Romantic setting 🥰

::Was disappointed that I didn't listen to reviews of this resort.We paid for double occupancy and had two single beds put together of course we asked for a change and they never seemed to get it done.we had hot showers two days the rest were cold.except for the day there was no water.key cards a are a big problem.thery never work after a few days.and because of lack of driving carts on this resort we had a few too many trips to get new keys.they have two bathrooms on the beach one had no door.in the lobby the toilets hardly ever flushed the smell was terrible.most of the staff was friendly.the food I thought was good for cuba.the pools are nice but could be cleaner..we won't return to this resort.

::Great staff, amenities weren't always great. Food as always is hit or miss. Rooms were good if your not by the new construction end (work 24hrs...sleep is hard to get)
