  Excellent staff, Clean rooms and the privilage upgrade was the best, Butler to meet all your needs was outstanding.

  Just got back home ... had a great time. ALL of the staff do a great job. Here are some names: Alain David, Juan Francisco, Humberto, Roxana, Denexis, Elier, Yasel, Yasiel, Kendra, Angel, Melissa, Dailyn, Dianelep, Yaylen, Yanela, Alain Michel, Niliset, Frank David ... There are many more.

  Food, beach and staff are great, they don't clean your room & provide new towels everyday (hint - bring your own towels). Pools are not clean as well, I chose to swim at the beach instead.

  we just got back and had a great time the staff, food and all hotel area were great. especially Yoelis Felix Pedro and Douglas were working non stop to make sure everyone was included in the games and fun
