  Ok for Cuba and a couple of days, but average value for money. The small things ... staff often tries, but doesn’t master the hotel’s own ambitions.

  Just spent a lovely 2 weeks here. The food is excellent, an extensive buffet or a choice of 4 themed restaurants which can be booked in advance for a time to suit you. The swimming pool has a snack bar as does the beach. All staff treat you well. Rooms are large and cleaned daily, they provide plenty of linen and beach towels. Plenty of excursions. Highly recommend the trip to Castro's Island.

  One of the best resorts on the whole island. Always a fantastic experience here.

  This was our first time visiting Cuba. February 23 to March 5 2019. Bruce and I have no complaints at all about the resorts, meals, spa, and away from resort tours, the horse and buggy tour, and the the tobacco factory tour. We are talking of returning next year end February into first of week of March. All the employees we had contact with were so obliging, pleasant, and greeted us with their pleasant smiles.   I can’t write enough good things about my March Break vacation. Clean, friendly, great service, food was plain but good. Everything was in good working order, met everyone of my expectations! I’d go back in a second! I was not in the royal service, but couldn’t need anything more than what I had. Beautiful and safe grounds, well taken care of, beautiful pool and fantastic bars!
