::This is my 5th time in this hotel, I always had a good experience here. The service is good and the staff are all amazing people. My husband and I will love to have another vacations here. However, my last experience here wasn't as good as the previous ones. I made a reservation for 10 people like 3 months before. The day that 4 of them arrived to the hotel, the hotel administration said that one of the reservations was canceled, which doesn't make sense since they had in their hands the voucher as a proof that the reservation was accepted and paid. After a brief time they apologized and recognized their mistake. But, both rooms were assigned in the cheaper bungalows across the street and not in the main building where the reservation was. Their explanation for this was very disappointing since they claimed they had electrical issued on the main building, which was not true. And as a compensation they just offered a late check out, which doesn't pay the difference in prize for the change of rooms. I had to call to my agent to finally get from them a reimbursement for the actual difference in price due the relocation. My advice to the staff and administration of the hotel is, to be more honest and efficient in the way they treat their guests.

::Absolutley amazing! I will be back. The beach is amazing. But, the best part of this resort is the staff. What warm and friendly people. Exceptional service. I tipped well, as they deserve it for all the hard work they do, and I was treated so very kindly. I was sad to leave after 7 days. I could've easily stayed another week. Very clean resort. Nice atmosphere. I thought the food was good and there was a great slection to cater to all tastes. The nightly and daily entertainment was great. I will be booking again for next year. And this was my first trip to an all inclusive resort. You can't go wrong with this place.

::I had a good time, but this is NOT a 4 star facility. The staff, with the exception of one housekeeper was fantastic. Always pleasant and willing to assist you in any way they can. My servers remembered my morning coffee order, they remembered I didn't like coke or ice in my water. They remembered I didn't use straws. The food at the restaurants and buffet were good. It wasn't 4 star culinary masterpieces, but it was prepared correctly and had pretty good flavor and was hot. The pool was sparkling, the beach always clean. Public areas were constantly cleaned. The bar was great. Here's why I only gave the resort 3 stars. On day 2, I found little red ants in my bed. I went to the front desk, who assured me they would send housekeeping in to change out all the sheets and spray with pesticide. OK, not exactly the best fix, but lets see how it worked. It didn't. My room certainly smelled like pesticide, but my sheets hadn't been changed and the ants were still there. Back to the front desk, another reassurance. Yet another disappointment, same sheets and still ants. Back to the front desk, this time I got a new room. The room was clean and there were no bugs. It was about a block away. Later that week my door lock decided to stop working. I made 3 trips to the front desk to finally get a security person to come and let me in and fix the lock. In addition, this can't be helped by the resort; but the noise from the surrounding bars is extremely loud. EXTREMELY loud. Bring ear plugs. Overall I had a wonderful, comfortable, relaxing stay. However, this resorts 4 stars is not what I receive at home for 4 stars.
