  Cuban public servants, due to poor pay and conditions, are a grumpy and unhelpful lot, but the ticket guy here takes the prize for the least pleasant. Whilst every bus station in the rest of Cuba accepts your ticket confirmation email on your phone, this guy insists on a print out, even if he can clearly see your name on his computer. He has a print out of the T&Cs, declares he doesn’t care what happens elsewhere and demands a paper copy (knowing that in Cuba, this is rather challenging). A heated discussion with him in Spanish and a request to speak to his boss did the trick, but I think he was after a bribe.
