  Decent place friendly staff but some rooms are a little dated. Our first room had no hot water, when I asked to change rooms they told me to wait till next day and when I approached them again the next day, they acted annoyed to switch my room instead wanted me to wait till they fix it even though I already waited a day. Entertainment is fun with animators getting the crowd involved by choosing someone from the audience. Food is decent but their are 4 a la carte restaurants 2 are by the beach...(same location different days) Don't bother with those 2 Cuban and steakhouse are bad. Italian and international very good. Beach after all is why we go to Cuba is beautiful and no rocks. You can go in the water and walk a good 30 feet before it starts to drop.

  Don't believe all the terrible reviews. This is a smaller older resort, but the ac in the rooms works great and the people are friendly. The food is subpar but guess what. That's Cuba. They do the best they can. There's even food for super picky people. Like myself. But bring hot sauce and pepper. And bug spray.

  had an amazing time here.. the staff are wonderful and very friendly.. made a bunch of new friends here. would highly recommend it.. the beach is beautiful and clean. everyone was very helpful... cheers to the bar staff the cleaners and the grounds keepers. Found a lot of food that was great. will be back soon

  Incredible stay with my friends.The manager is doing a great job. I would return for sure,next winter.
