  First time in Cuba. Had a blast. Good beaches, food and nice staff. 5 minutes walk to the main street. Wicked💙

  First, I need to tell you that everything that I will add about this hotel is really typical to any same 4* category hotels in Cuba, so please keep this in mind while reading. If this hotel happens to be not in Cuba, it will have 2 stars the most. Food is really average/no fancy staff, however drinks/cocktails are good. Rooms are disastrous! In our first room conditioning was not working and mattress had a hole so it was uncomfortable to sleep, on the first day there was no available room for exchange, so we slept in stuffy room avoiding the hole by laying on a separate borders of mattress, luckily next day we were able to get normal room. Service - it is just doesn’t exist, all hotel personnel are with irritated and sad faces, they were not really happy to see us:) The condition of the hotel is difficult to explain, I did some pictures and you can see by yourself. Hotel was build somewhere in 90s and after that probably it was some patch-working done, but not more. However the beach was great! So we just spend the whole time there, trying to be in the hotel as less as possible

  We were treated like gold! An awesome experience. Very good place to stay
