::This is advertised as 5 star but 3 star would be generous. The food is barely edible. On the first night in our room we killed by hand over 100 mosquitoes. We had contacted reception to spray the room or leave us with spray on multiple occasions but no one attended. There was no fly screen door or fan so we relied om AC in the room, which had a terrible mould smell. After a few days we both got sick, cold like symptoms which lasted for a week after we left. All the staff were lovely and the beach was beautiful but our stay was atrocious.

::This hotel was my favorite yet in Cuba! We had an issue with our room the 1st, 2 nights. Seal on patio door was broke and wind howling in. We got our room moved to another building that was totally upgraded from the building before. Was very happy! Not all pool side restaurants were open for food as posted but the buffet itself was good. Lots to do near by. Some in walking distance and or a short bus ride to town. We played golf too! So breath taking the views. Excited to go back.

::I love this place. People are so friendly and helpful. Buffet has a large selection to offer. The a la carte restaurants are excellent. The beach is awesome. This was my 3rd visit and will definitely be back!

::This resort is absolutely gorgeous and worth every penny. We took a taxi from Havana to Varadero, which allowed us to really take in all the beautiful scenery. The food and the drinks were perfect. The service was polite and friendly. Make sure to make reservations for the specialty restaurants as soon as you arrive to ensure you can get in. I can’t wait to return!

::Enjoyed a lovely week at this hotel. Our butler O"dalys' went above and beyond to meet our requests. All of the staff were very accommodating and pleasant. The beach is one of the best I have ever seen. The pool is also excellent. The staff always found us lounges at the beach and the pool. The snack bar at the pool was sadly lacking in the food department. The rooms are beginning to show their age but still clean and comfortable. The overall food is not great but if you want it to be like home, stay home. I do recommend this hotel.
