  This place was wonderful. I recommend you do the VIP package. We did and it was so worth it. The staff there are top notch. They all go out of their way everyday. They do it naturally not looking for anything. Food was great. Good variety and fresh. My husband has health and food issues and was never so happy with service and the food. Go back there in a minute. Have fun

  Very low hygiene standards for a price is more 100 USD per person per night. It is very visible the dirtiness all over the swimming pools for children. On the other hand some hotel installations aren't working like a restaurant by the beach and no drinks service by the swimming pools as used to be back in May 2017 when I visited it for the first time. By then the service was excellent, this time June 2019 we had to wait up 48 min to eat a burger at the snack bar. I am wondering if Iberostar could run a hotel with this sort of problems if the hotel is located anywhere else but Cuba. I'm sure not. Please take a look to the pictures of the swimming pools.

  We arrived on April 16. We were very well received by the receptionists. The hotel is very beautiful. The food and drinks are very good. Thanks to Emma and Ely at reception for treating us so well. See you soon.

  What a fantastic resort!!!! Truly blown away by the Cuban hospitality. Staff were amazing, the food was incredible and the entertainment was fantastic. Morning walks on the beach as the sun rose over the sand left us breathless and wanting to return each morning to experience it over again. The climate, hospitality, food, music, and meeting new friends has a calling to come back...we definitely plan on returning.

  I visited this resort in January 2018 with my mother & sister. Let me start this off to say the first time I visited Cuba was in 2009 and I don’t remember much about my stay but when I came back I felt amazing entering in this country. I loved the nice fresh Caribbean air. The hotel was great the staff really took their time to make everyone comfortable, happy and always kept us entertained. The food was great at the buffet every day. We also tried the Japanese Restaurant and it was our first time and we were amazed by the cook art work with his food. Our rooms were amazing sizes. The wifi could be better in Cuba but why complain if you are on vacation. The beach was big and kept very clean. I would recommend it to anyone.
